The Social Generation are the loneliest according to a new American nationwide survey using the verified UCLA Loneliness Scale. It shows that those born between the mid-1990s and early 2000s - Gen Z - are less likely to have in-person social interactions and are suffering because of it. On the flip side, an 80 year Harvard University study shows that COMMUNITY & CONNECTION is the key to long life and happiness. Seems like we need to hit the reset buttton.
