He is a powerhouse of knowledge and works with chief executives, sales directors, sales managers and business owners challenging beliefs and perspectives, taking them out of their comfort zone, guiding them to take accountability for their actions and ultimately make changes to their behaviour that is a benefit to both themselves, their teams and the business results. Personally, He's also a former intercounty footballer with 2 Ulster provincial titles for Tyrone and he raised 29k for intensive care units in April last year by running a marathon in his shed!
