Good Boss Bad Boss Podcast Episode 4 Brian Keegan

My first guest of 2019 is Brian Keegan. Brian built his own accountancy firm, the 360 Group, which he has only recently taken a step back from, he was the founding President of the Entrepreneurs Organisation Ireland and is a regular speaker at events for the likes of Enterprise Ireland, Cambridge Business School. I met Brian during my studies in the Irish Management Institute and was lucky enough to spend some time with him outside of the classroom and we have always had great conversations about the nature of the workplace so he's been on my list for this podcast from the start. I knew we would have a great conversation but I was enthralled by his story as it unfolded during the recording. I didn't realise the depth of his story before this; we touch on the challenges of youth in business, of family businesses, of leadership in good times and bad times, in building the right team around you. I'll be honest and say that most of my prepared questions went out the window and I think this is a great listen because of that. His ability to engage and tell a story is really apparent throughout this podcast.
