And we’re back with the second installment of the #goodbossbadboss podcast. In this episode I visited founder of Engagesmith, Lisa Smith, at her home in Dublin. Lisa is Ireland's Millennial and Gen Z expert and focuses on increasing multi-generational engagement in the workforce. She holds two All-Ireland football medals with Dublin senior ladies and likes her toast cold with loads of butter (yuck!).
